45#是钢的牌号,是一种优质碳素结构钢.

是强度较高的一种中碳优质钢，因淬透性差，一般以正火状态使用，机械性能要求较高时，采用调质处理。冷变形塑性中等，退火和正火的切削加工性比调质的好。用于制造强度要求较高的零件，如齿轮、轴、活塞销等和受力不很大的机械加工件、锻件、冲压件和螺栓、螺母、管接。

通常以钢板形式出现，一般厚度为0.5－80 mm，因适用范围广，也会有其他形状的原料如管料，棒料。

45# is the grade of steel is a kind of high-quality carbon structural steel.

It is a high-strength medium-carbon high-quality steel. Because of its poor hardenability, it is generally used in a normalized state. When the mechanical properties are required, it is quenched and tempered. The cold deformation has medium plasticity, and the machining performance of annealing and normalizing is better than that of quenched and tempered. Used to manufacture parts with high strength requirements, such as gears, shafts, piston pins, etc. and machined parts, forgings, stamping parts and bolts, nuts, and pipe joints that are not stressed.
